Nixon's farm sourdough bread class

Join MMP Bakery Ltd for a relaxed, hands-on sourdough workshop, suitable for beginners and intermediate bakers. Learn starter care, mixing, folding, fermentation, shaping, scoring and the baking process. You’ll also sample up to three sourdough flavours.

Includes all ingredients and equipment, dough and starter to take home, plus recipes and instructions emailed after the workshop.

Please bring an apron, bag and banneton or similar bowl. Fresh tap water is available, and hot or cold drinks can be purchased from Nixon’s Farm Shop café.
